As of the weekend of June 5-6, 2021, Catholics in the Diocese of Toledo are once again under the obligation to attend Mass on Sundays and Holy Days of obligation.
As has always been the case, those who are ill, have significant health risk factors or care for someone who is immuno-compromised or ill, are exempt from attending Mass on Sundays and Holy Days of Obligation, as well as those who have significant fear or anxiety of contracting the coronavirus in a large group of persons (Catechism of the Catholic Church, 2181).

St. John's has now returned to as "normal" as possible in our Masses. Parishioners may wear masks and social distance as they feel comfortable, but these restrictions will not be required. We will hopefully begin to bring more Mass ministers back, such as Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion and Greeters/Ushers.
We remain committed to our parishioners' phyiscal and spiritual health and wellbeing. With the bishops of Ohio, we are excited to welcome everyone back to Mass and worship together as a parish family again!
